Two cell-shaded illustrations – the first was originally as splash page for Paper Raincoat, and later turned into a four page illustration tutorial for Advanced Photoshop Magazine, and an edition of prints.
The theater was for a two-page spread of a grungy, run-down theater for Advanced Photoshop Magazine, issue 26. The article was about various pieces of software used for film editing. I added a little popcorn, a screaming estatic zombie-loving patron, a little spilled soda and some grime. Thanks to AP and Emma Cake for the spot, who is an awesome editor to work with, and left me a lot of room for playing around with the concept.
